I’m Lisa Jeffs—an intuitive executive and leadership coach, former child and youth counsellor, and bestselling author. I’ve worked in human development for more than 20 years and have spent the past 12+ years coaching high-level leaders.
I created this podcast because I know this experience personally. I know what it’s like to be perceptive, deeply driven, and the person others turn to while still questioning yourself in rooms where everyone assumes you have all the answers.
